Our meeting rooms are designed to suit groups, from 2 to around 12 people plus. We have facilities available for projectors, whiteboards, flipcharts, telephone calls, complimentary wifi and plenty of power points and data points throughout. Often, meetings at Aves last from the morning through to late afternoon, which is why we offer access to a catering service.
Here at Aves Business Centre, we have a small kitchen with a sink(hot and cold water), fridge, microwave, kettles and toaster, for those who wish to bring a packed lunch. We also offer external catering options. In each meeting room, there is tea and coffee, milk and sugar facilities, set up and available on arrival and refreshed throughout the day. However, if you require lunch for your meeting, we can provide the contact for outside caterers who can bring in your freshly, made to order platters.
Should you wish to book to have lunch with your meeting at the Aves Business Centre, please specify at the time of booking so we can arrange to have your freshly prepare food on site at your chosen time. We also strongly recommend that each member of the meeting is asked to state any allergies or dietary requirements, and we will do our very best to arrange alternatives
