It’s no secret that things can get on top of you – between book keeping, marketing and the overall running of your business, it can get to the stage when you feel like you’re juggling too many things at the one time. This can often lead to stress, mistakes and even forgetting to do important tasks. Here are a few of our top tips for getting yourself and your business organised…
Write it Down
With so many things going around your head, sometimes you forget what you need to do. When you write something down, it’s tangible, it’s solid – and you can see it in front of you. Make a list of everything you need to do and go from there.
Once you have written everything down, prioritise what needs to be done first. Create a timeline – when can these things be completed? The most important thing is to communicate with those involved. It’s better to let people know when something will be due rather than leaving them in the dark.
Plan out your day accordingly – is it best to do all your phone calls first thing in the morning? Is there a better time that would suit to a certain task? Plan out your day in a diary and stick to it – this way you will have targets to meet and will be less likely to get distracted.
Get Tech Savvy

Know Your Strengths
